I can recommend this item if you are keen on breath play! I wear it sometimes with a rubber catsuit and a tight-fitting rubber hood. In combination this provides a superb sensation of total enclosure. If my partner contricts the air tube, the hood pulses with each breath cycle - ballooning out and then collapsing across my rubber-clad face . . . a very exciting experience for both concerned!!
